We leverage our extensive experience working in law firms to help firms and companies design talent management programs including student recruitment programs, performance management, sponsorship/mentorship programs, and ongoing feedback. We also provide individual executive coaching services.

Our team has a combined 40 years’ experience leading legal recruitment and talent management at two of Canada’s preeminent business law firms where we have successfully hired, integrated, trained and managed hundreds of lawyers.
